An individual dressed like a City Works employee has been calling at addresses in the Ryder Brow area. He is an impostor.

Please do not let anybody who claims to be from City Works or any other organisation into your home unless thay have valid identification. If you are still not sure, ask him or her to wait while you telephone the depot to confirm their identity. A genuine worker will not object to this, but a bogus one will not hang about.
